Shipping Policy

Shipping Couriers

We only use UPS and USPS to send out our domestic (USA) packages and do not take shipping requests through other carriers. 

Order Preparation Time

Unless specified, all shipments are sent within 2 business days (business day is Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays).

Shipping Charges

For your convenience, standard ground shipping within USA is included with almost every item we offer.  Faster shipping methods are available for an extra charge.  To determine the shipping charges, add the item to the cart and view the available shipping options and estimated charges before checkout.

Shipping Speed

Here are general shipping speeds within the USA.  Days indicated are business days which are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Standard Ground - 5 to 10 days + 2 days Give Me Gold Prep Time = 7 to 12 days total.

2 Day - 2 days + 1 to 2 days Give Me Gold Prep Time = 3 to 4 days total.

Next Day - 1 day + 1 to 2 days Give Me Gold Prep Time = 2 to 3 days total.

Since we ship from Los Angeles, generally, addresses closer to the west coast will take less time to arrive compared to addresses further out from the Pacific.  

No Refund on Shipping

We do NOT refund any shipping costs indicated on the invoice.  To clarify, for all shipping upgrades above the free standard ground shipping option, will not be refunded.  For example, if a $100 item went out as Next Day with shipping charge shown on the invoice of $29.99,  the refund amount will only be $100 for the item itself.  The $29.99 shipping charge will not be refunded.

Tracking, Insurance, & Signature Requirements

All packages are sent with a tracking number with full insurance. Furthermore, all shipments over $50.00 are sent with a signature release requirement.

Tracking number - UPS or FedEx tracking number will be sent to you by email when the order is ready to ship.

Insurance - We insure for the full invoice amount of the package.

Signature Requirement - A person over 18 years of age will have to be physically present at the delivery address to sign for the package. If the courier is unable to obtain a signature, the package will not be left at the address. You will have to contact the courier and reschedule the delivery or if available, make arrangements to pick up the package at the couriers' location near your address.


Most Common Reasons for Shipping delays

Following are some of the most common reasons for shipping delays.

Special orders - Special orders are to be sent out according to the agreed upon date of the special order completion date.

No Inventory - Although we try our best to keep our inventory count current, there may be an error count in the inventory. We may also have an item in stock that is not deliverable due to damage or production error.

Further Information Required - Some orders may require a response from you. Please keep your email and other contact information correct and current in your account.

Payment Delays - Credit card processors and banks may hold your funds for various reasons.

Shipping Address Error - Please make sure to enter the full and correct information for your shipping address. For example, please fully indicate your address such as avenue, boulevard, or street.  Please do not abbreviate unnecessarily.

Weather or Other Catastrophic Event - Unforeseen weather or other catastrophic event can affect the delivery of your order.

International Shipping

For all packages destined for addresses outside the 50 states of USA, following conditions apply.  Please read the conditions below completely and carefully before placing an order outside the United States.

1.  Once the an international package departs our location, we are NOT responsible for any shipping mishaps.  This means that once UPS or FedEx picks up the package from us, we are completely removed from any liability.  If an international package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in any way, you will have to handle the case yourself.

2.  We are not responsible for any customs or duty issues or mishaps. Due to the complex and diverse nature of customs laws in various countries around the world, we are not able to offer any assistance in customs issues.  We highly recommend checking your local government customs and clearing laws before placing an international order outside the USA.

3. International shipping is complex and difficult to handle in many countries. There are not only duties and taxes to consider but criminal and civil laws to consider when receiving international packages.  Please perform due diligence and research and consider all your customs and duty obligations carefully before sending us an order.
