1. General Rule
Orders within USA - Notify us within 30 days of the order arrival date (the day the package is delivered to you) by email. We must receive all return items within 45 days of the item arrival date.
International orders destined outside the USA - Notify us within 30 days of the order arrival date (the day the package is delivered to you) by email. We must receive all return items within 60 days of the item arrival date.
2. Exceptions and Conditions
All custom order & special order items cannot be returned. Items made with special sizes, adjustments, alterations, and engravings cannot be returned and all sales are final. To receive a full refund, all return items must be in their original condition without alterations, signs of use, and/or damage.
3. Return Authorization
For all returns, a return authorization request must be submitted by email. A return authorization request must be submitted within 30 days of the order delivery date (the day package arrives at your address). Please submit your request by using our [CONTACT US] form or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the style code of the item you wish to return to ensure proper processing. Our return authorization reply email will contain the necessary information on how and where to send the return item(s). Please, do NOT send any return item(s) prior to receiving our return authorization. If you do not receive an email reply from us within 48 hours of your email request, please contact us by calling (213)627-8916. Please ask for Give Me Gold Returns.
4. Sending Us The Return Item(s)
We must receive the return item(s) within 45 days of the order delivery date (the day package arrives at your address). This is regardless of when you submit the return authorization request. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs and complications.
5. Refund Conditions & Possible Restocking Fees
The return item(s) must be in its original condition without signs of use or damage. If the item is returned with signs of use or damage, restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price may apply. If the item is severely damaged, return may be declined and the item may be discarded without any refund, credit, or exchange. The maximum refund amount will be the purchase price of the item listed on the purchase invoice. We do not issue refunds, credits, or reimbursements for shipping or any other incidentals.
6. No Refunds on Shipping
We are not responsible for any return shipping costs or mishaps. We do not reimburse for any shipping costs. You can use any shipping courier of your choice but we highly recommend a traceable, fully insured, & signature required package to ensure proper delivery. Furthermore, any shipping charges indicated on the purchase invoice will not be refunded. For example, for a $100 item that went out as Next Day with shipping charge shown on the invoice of $29.99, the refund amount will only be $100 for the item itself. The $29.99 shipping will not be refunded.
